Online payment by credit card is made directly on the secure servers of our bank Crédit Agricole. We have no access to your bank details.

Shipping & Returns

PAYMENT
Payment is made by bank card at the end of the order on the secure server of our bank Crédit Agricole or by cheque.
In case of an order by mail, the order must be accompanied by payment by cheque of the amount of the order, including shipping costs.

DELIVERY COSTS
For any order, it will be charged a delivery fee. The amount appears before the validation of the order by the customer.

Delivery in 24 or 48 hours without signature.

RIGHT OF RETRACTION
According to Article 121-19 of the consumer code, the customer has a period of 7 days following the delivery to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reason or pay penalties with the exception of the return fee.
This period shall be seven clear from receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer for the services.
When the seven day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or an unemployed person, it shall be extended until the first following working day.
To be refund, the products must be returned in perfect condition of resale and complete, including packaging.
The return costs are the responsibilitt of the customer.
To avoid any argument, if the carrier loses the returned products, always use a transport service to track the package and insure the package at the market value of the product.
