The natural fragrance of cade wood (Juniperus oxycedrus) will transport you to the vast, wild landscapes of Haute-Provence, where this resilient shrub from the juniper family grows freely in the Mediterranean garrigue and maquis.

Its rot-resistant wood contains an essential oil traditionally extracted for its cosmetic, medicinal, and antiseptic properties. Known for its natural moth-repellent power, cade wood is also cherished in the form of discs or palets as tactile, soothing objects that bring a sense of calm and well-being.
